Biography
Having previously belonged to the witch house outfit ÐOSE, French musician and visual artist Jonny Teardrop extends the shadowy terrain of that earlier endeavor through infusions of techno, drone metal, and synth-punk. Multiple productive years of independent releases eventually led him to the Bathrxxm label, which put out the complete 2013 album X along with These Liquid Days the next year after a swift seven-day recording session. The 2015 single "Shotgun," bearing a Suicide influence, offered the earliest signal of the terse, incisive approach that shaped that year's album No Problemo. Rouge Mecanique supplied a physical edition of No Problemo in early 2017.
