Biography
Swedish melodic rockers Jono trace their origins to a solo venture launched by vocalist Johan Norrby, who self-released a debut album bearing his own name in 2006. The band’s next two albums, Requiem (2013) and Silence (2015), coincided with its transformation into a six-piece ensemble through the arrival of guitarist Stefan Helleblad (Within Temptation), drummer Nicka Hellenberg (Within Temptation), keyboard player Johan Carlgren, bassist Janne Henriksson, and multi-instrumentalist Leo Olsson. The group then signed with Frontiers in 2017 and issued its fourth studio album, Life.
