Biography
Kaitlyn Morell crafts mature contemporary R&B with pop accents, taking cues from Mariah Carey, Toni Braxton, and Brandy. Working also as a songwriter and model, the Ludlow, Massachusetts native issued her first recording, "It's Whatevuh," in 2018. An uptempo remix of that song appeared the next year alongside "Invinsible," a ballad written for women living with endometriosis; around the same period she launched the non-profit Endo Me Stories. The six-song EP My Forever reached audiences in 2020 and contained the Lil' Mo-referencing title track featuring Mistah F.A.B., the original "It's Whatevuh," and "Invinsible," all of which Diphrent Empire Music Organization released independently, just as it had done with her prior singles.
