Biography
Karen Abrams, a singer and songwriter, enrolled at UCLA to major in psychology while planning a future as a therapist. She nevertheless created and delivered original material at nearby venues throughout her studies, then sustained club appearances after graduation during a year spent in Israel. Once back on the West Coast she committed herself to building a music career. A notable opportunity arose in August 2004 when the television series Six Feet Under placed her song "Always Came Back" in an episode. The same track later appeared on her debut album, Everything Is Older, issued by Betty Lee Music in the summer of 2005.
