Biography
After spending a decade in relative obscurity, the alt-rock outfit Kingsfoil from sunny Pennsylvania achieved sudden mainstream attention. The group originated in 2002 and put out four albums—Blueprints, Last Man Standing, Bear in the Attic, and On Our Own Together—before child star Frankie Muñiz, recognized from Malcolm in the Middle and Agent Cody Banks, signed on as drummer alongside vocalist Jordan Davis, guitarist Tristan Martin, and bassist Tim Warren. Headlines followed the act throughout 2012, driven largely by Muñiz, when the musicians joined Third Eye Blind on the road to support the arrival of Beating Heart Is a Bleeding Heart.
