Biography
La Caramba, a Spanish pop/rock ensemble, assembled in Valencia during the closing years of the 1980s. During 1992 Nacho Mañó of Presuntos Implicados assumed production duties for the group, overseeing an EP captured in 1994 that paved the way for a formal recording contract. Sessions for the band’s debut album commenced in February 1996, and the finished LP appeared before the year ended. The single “La Caramba y el Caray” soon ascended regional rankings.
