Biography
Born in Israel, the Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter Leerone draws from Carole King, PJ Harvey, and Tori Amos. Her mature vocals project a theatrical sensibility. She independently issued the In This Life, on This Road EP in 2003, then followed two years later with the candid Hail to the Queen album. Early in 2008 her debut full-length, Imaginary Biographies, reached listeners via the independent imprint she runs, Fussy Music.
