Hailing from Columbus, Ohio, the metal outfit Legion delivers music saturated with intense aggression and profound anguish, establishing their reputation through a fiercely destructive and violent approach to the genre. The group features vocalist Michael Guilford alongside guitarists Chris Dragics and Alex Heiberger, bassist Mason Prince, and drummer Jake Rodriguez, fusing the intricate elements of progressive extreme metal with the exaggerated intensity of deathcore to produce an unyielding sound defined by its sheer capacity for devastation. Their initial full-length album, Woke, was released during the summer of 2013 via eOne Music.
