Biography
Born Rakotoarivelo Jean De Britto Marie G, the Malagasy vocalist and songwriter Levelo achieved his greatest visibility when Tarika Sammy interpreted three of his compositions. Despite mounting a critically praised trio tour across 1981, Levelo proved unable to generate sufficient income from performance and composition, and therefore receded from wider attention.
