Biography
Stepping away from his regular commitments with Earwig, guitarist and vocalist Lizard McGee devoted extended stretches in his Columbus, OH bedroom to laying down multiple lo-fi acoustic pop tracks on a personal four-track. R.E.M., Guided By Voices, and even Stevie Wonder shaped his approach as he layered drums, keyboards, guitar, bass, and clarinet into a self-titled EP issued on his own Lizard Family Music label in 2001.
