Biography
Hailing from West London, England, the trio Lonsdale Boys Club—Charles, Loz, and Topher—delivers an energetic, lighthearted, and tuneful blend of rock and dance sounds shaped by their broad listening habits that encompass reggae, funk, contemporary R&B, and rap. Their first release, the single “Light Me Up,” appeared in early 2011 under the shorthand LBC. After inking a deal with Gary Barlow’s Future Records, an imprint distributed through Universal and whose signing was revealed at a July concert, the group turned its attention to recording a full album. Their self-titled debut long-player arrived in 2012 and spotlighted the track “Ready to Go.”
