Biography
Luke Brindley, a singer and songwriter with notable skill on guitar, built his reputation by traveling extensively alongside his brother, a multi-instrumentalist, and relying on acoustic performances. He first emerged in New York and New Jersey, playing East Coast coffee houses while developing original songs. With the arrival of Spring Song in 2000, he issued his debut recording and began to establish himself more firmly in the craft of songwriting. The next year he followed with How Faint the Whisper, an album that adopted a darker tone and a notably stripped-down method of composition.
