Biography
Magna-Fi's members included Mike Szuter on vocals and guitar, his brother C.J. Szuter handling guitar duties, Charlie Smaldino on drums, and Rob Kley on bass. Operating from a Las Vegas base, the group cultivated a catchy hard-rock style reminiscent of Failure or early Stone Temple Pilots while maintaining a steady schedule of local performances. The band later signed to Arizona-based Aezra, which released their 2002 album Burn Out the Stars.
