Biography
Formed in 2004, Finnish metal band Malummeh spent the next year seeking a permanent vocalist before selecting Marko Niemistö. With the lineup finalized—Mikaeel Kiikka and Jaakko Eskelinen on guitars, Ville Nordensved on bass, and Valtteri Kallio on drums—the group issued its first demo, Turning Point, in 2005. The follow-up demo, Rape, Repeat, Despise, arrived in 2006 and led directly to a contract with Spinefarm Records. That association produced the band’s debut full-length album, Revival, in 2007.
