Biography
Based in Los Angeles, the singer and songwriter Marié blended elements drawn from the 1970s California singer/songwriter movement together with touches of present-day modern rock. While generating some local attention within her hometown of Los Angeles, her most notable achievement came toward the end of 2003 when she reached the semifinals of America Online's First Break talent contest.
