Marie-Chantal Toupin

Born July 14, 1971, Marie-Chantal Toupin earned both critical praise and strong sales as a Canadian artist in Francophone music. The Montreal singer issued her debut album, Apres Tout, in 2000 and soon followed it with a self-titled release. Maudit Bordel, her 2003 album, earned a Juno Award nomination for Francophone Album of the Year, after which she appeared at the Foire Brayonne festival in 2004. Non-Negociable, her platinum-selling project, arrived in 2005 and returned in 2007 as a touring edition whose chart performance remained robust.
