Biography
Marie McGilvray, a singer and songwriter raised in California, first took up guitar during childhood and joined several bands throughout her teenage years before setting music aside to train as an occupational therapist. Once she relocated to Nashville, she resumed writing songs, singing, and performing, which prompted her to cut the EP Big Love for her own imprint, SGM (Scottish Goddess Music), issued on January 16, 2007.
