Biography
A Nashville-based singer and songwriter, Mark Stuart has performed with country and roots-rock outfits including the Long Gone Daddies and Steve Earle’s Dukes. His tenure in the latter band led to an encounter with Stacey Earle, who became his wife. Once the pair wed in 1994, Stuart began serving as her accompanist for both recordings and concert dates. Steve Earle’s E-Squared imprint issued Stuart’s album Songs From A Corner Stage in 1999.
