Masada

Torsten Edwinson and Mattias Westin, after more than ten years of performing varied musical styles within numerous undistinguished ensembles, united in 1999 to create the psychedelic trance pair known as Masada. An effort by the alt-rock periodical Ward 42 to characterize their output resulted in this description: "thumping, resonant, booming, fast, smooth, ker-plow! (a Batman ker-plow! no less), dance, sweat, hot, movement". ~ Craig Harris
