Biography
Envisioned by certain observers as something akin to a partial revival of the storied Unrest outfit from the 1980s and 1990s indie rock realm, the ensemble known as Maybe It's Reno brought together Unrest's Mark Robinson handling guitar and Rhodes duties alongside Phil Krauth on drums and Mellotron, joining forces once more with Bridget Cross, who contributed vocals and bass while having previously played in Air Miami and Velocity Girl. Completing the lineup were George Kuhar contributing guitar and Jordan Strudel providing drums. The band's first full-length record, titled Maybe It's Reno, evoked echoes of Unrest's renowned earlier style and came out in the initial months of 2008 via the Teenbeat label.
