Biography
Under the direction of Darnley "Mello-D" Hodge, hip-hop outfit Mello-D & the Rados maintains its base in the Washington, D.C./Northern Virginia area. The collective took shape during the mid-'90s and delivered its first album, Backsliding, through Thermite Records in 1998. Its 2001 follow-up, The Ultimate Truth, introduced the breakout single "Keep On," prompting subsequent tours across Europe and South America. Antitainment arrived in 2004 and secured airplay for the track "Cool Witchu."
