Biography
Folk-pop singer and songwriter Michael Shelley, based in New York, launched his solo career with the 1997 release of Half Empty. At the start of the next year he formed the duo Cheeky Monkey alongside Scotland’s Francis McDonald, which produced the LP Four Arms to Hold You. His second solo album, Too Many Movies, also surfaced in 1998. Early 2001 brought the arrival of I Blame You.
