Biography
Mind Science of the Mind assembles an indie-rock supergroup as a side project, uniting guitarist Nathan Larson from Shudder to Think, guitarist Mary Timony from Helium, violinist Joan Wasser, and Kevin March, the drummer formerly of The Dambuilders. Every song is written and performed vocally by Larson, producing a result that essentially replicates the style of Shudder to Think while incorporating violin. On tour the group was joined on bass by singer-songwriter Jeff Buckley, at the time a one-time romantic interest of Wasser.
