Biography
Mixer Jaëxx works as an electronic artist from Florida and developed his skills entirely on his own. The tracks he produces cover both trip-hop and downtempo as well as drum'n'bass, delivering a smooth yet intricate sound that carries acid jazz and deep house undertones. All of his detailed, sample-heavy material is built using virtual hardware together with just two MIDI controllers. Every release appears exclusively online because he has chosen never to sign with any label, thereby keeping full creative authority over his output. His first album, MIDI Controlled Addiction, appeared in August of 2014.
