MoneyMarr operates as a trap emcee rooted in Washington, D.C., where his delivery balances volatility with sharp precision. He entered rap during his early teenage years and achieved an initial breakthrough at sixteen when his 2018 single “Whip Out the Stick” detonated, sparking sold-out shows across the country plus endorsements from Kevin Gates and A$AP Mob.

Although born in Maryland, the artist first performed under the name Lil Money as a freestyle specialist before committing fully to recorded work. He began posting tracks online in April 2017, among them a remix of Lil Yachty’s “Minnesota.” Momentum built through the 2018 releases “CrunchTime,” which featured Baby 9eno, and “Gucci,” both of which generated significant attention ahead of the Youngest Trapper mixtape. Its opening cut, “Whip Out the Stick,” drove the project’s success and accumulated millions of streams. Later that year a concise follow-up, Draco Vibes, appeared, with sequels to the first two projects arriving in 2019. The 2020 album Exotic Habits showcased guest spots from Black Fortune, Baby Fifty, and XanMan.
