Biography
Moses Sedler, a cellist residing in California's Bay Area, performed world music with the ensembles Davka and Ancient Future throughout the second half of the '90s. Having already absorbed influences from Western classical music, jazz, and Eastern European folk traditions, he turned to North Indian classical music in the late '90s, studying under sarod virtuoso Ali Akbar Khan and tabla master Swapan Chaudhuri.
