Biography
Drawing from a blend of metal and classical traditions, Germany's Mundanus Imperium favors elaborate orchestral constructions over the predictable verse-chorus-verse format favored by laughable hair bands. The group includes Jorn Lande on vocals, Petter J. Thuve on guitar, Bent E. Holm on keyboards, and Lars Wiik handling drums and bass. Nuclear Blast Records responded favorably to their songwriting and issued the debut album Spectral Spheres Cornation in 1998.
