Biography
The power trio My World, based in New York, crafts music that draws on prog and hard rock with an adventurous edge. At its core stands the songwriting alliance between vocalist/bassist John Montalbano and guitarist Chris Munger, whose high-voltage concerts blend the group’s own material with surprising cover choices. Working together as a songwriting, production, and session team, Montalbano and Munger have logged more than twenty years scoring projects for film and television, among them Comedy Central, Fuse, NBC, and numerous additional networks and studios. In 2013 the band entered a deal with Chrysalis/BMG that brought about a re-release of its 1998 debut album, All Shapes and Sizes.
