Nancy Osborne balances a thriving acting career with her passion for vocal standards. In 2006 she issued her first album under her own name, Hot Swing, Cool Jazz, which paired her with a large ensemble of West Coast All-Stars that featured tenor saxophonist Pete Christlieb.

She launched her professional life at age seventeen by performing with the Young Americans, later touring in productions of Lil Abner, Cabaret, Gypsy and My Fair Lady. For an extended period she was employed by Walt Disney Productions, where she held a recurring part in the Golden Horseshoe Revue. Osborne earned a Theater Arts degree, appeared in the motion pictures Apollo 13 and Murder by Number, and guest-starred on the television series ER, General Hospital and The Bob Newhart Show; in 2005 she also presented a New York cabaret act titled Birds of a Feather with her sister.

On the vocal side she has performed with the Nelson Riddle Orchestra, the Tex Beneke Orchestra, Randy Van Horne, Geo Valle’s Swing City Big Band and Johnny Vana’s Big Band Alumni. She makes her home in the Los Angeles area.
