Biography
Hailing from Bayamón, Puerto Rico, where she was born on November 3, 1975, Noemi Luz works as a vocalist in Latin contemporary Christian music. Her first full-length album, Vino a Verte, appeared in 2003. She followed it four years later with Palabras, issued in 2007, which achieved crossover traction on the Latin Pop Albums chart. The effort involved a collaboration with celebrated Argentine-Venezuelan singer/songwriter Ricardo Montaner, who received credit as executive producer and co-wrote four songs on the album, among them the duet "La Gloria de Dios." That partnership enabled Luz to reach the Top 20 of the Billboard Top Latin Albums chart.
