Biography
Formed in Vancouver, British Columbia, the alternative metal group Noise Therapy featured vocalist Dave Ottoson alongside guitarist Kai Markus, bassist Rob Thiessen, and drummer Oscar Irwin. An independently issued cassette preceded their self-titled full-length LP, whose release earned the quartet support slots on tours with Marilyn Manson, Filter, and Nazareth while also securing a deal with A&M Records. The Cyclops EP marked their major-label debut in 1997, with the full-length Myton Lowrider arriving the following year.
