Biography
Nokturne traces its roots to Los Angeles in 1996, when Funeral on guitars and Nekrovomitus on bass launched the project under the original moniker Obscure. The arrival of vocalist Uzemodeus, guitarist Torment, and drummer Udam Bomber rounded out the roster, leading to the release of the band’s debut album Embracer of Dark Ages on WWIII Records in 2001.
