Biography
Norscq established the iconoclastic French group the Grief and issued multiple unusual electronic albums across the 1980s. Recognition followed in the European electronica scene from his dual roles as musician and producer, which also yielded numerous connections throughout music and art circles amid ongoing projects. Toward the end of the 1990s he turned to the Atlas Project, enlisting favored artists for experimental electronica releases distinguished by elaborate packaging and CD-ROM elements. After the turn of the century he initiated solo output under his own name, opening with the full-length Lavatronic in 2000. Kenzo - Rouge arrived the following year and preceded Lavatron.X, a remix album drawn from tracks on Lavatronic.
