Biography
Originating toward the close of 2000 in Huntington Beach, California, Odd Project coalesced as a forward-thinking rock unit that merged metal, hardcore, and emo into a predictably volatile sonic blend. Once a handful of demos had been tracked, the group—fronted by Matt Lamb on vocals alongside Scott Zschomler on lead guitar and vocals, with Greg Pawloski on guitar, Eric Cline on bass, and Christian Escobar on drums—inked a pact with Indianola Records and unveiled its first album, The Second Hand Stopped, in 2004.
