Biography
Pat Kilbride ranks among the most dynamic solo acts in Irish music thanks to his virtuoso command of cittern and guitar along with his gifts as a singer and songwriter. After a short stint with the Battlefield Band during the 1970s, he relocated first to Belgium and later to Brittany, where he joined a pop-oriented group. The 1990s brought him to New York, where he continued performing both on his own and alongside the Kips Bay Ceili Band.
