Biography
Formed in New York, the five-piece group Peephole fuses the sensual, Prince-inspired R&B elements with Talking Heads-style drive. Kent Odessa fronts the ensemble on vocals, Chesty Wellington handles guitars, Drew Cervantes anchors the low end on bass, Brion Bionic manages keyboards, and Andrew Baxter supplies the rhythms on drums. The band performed at the 2008 CMJ Music Festival in New York while still lacking a label deal, yet their energetic stage show continued to electrify audiences.
