Biography
Formed in Dallas, Texas during 1991, the bluesy punk outfit Pervis originated through co-vocalists Cristina Harrison and Rachael Strauss. Having grown up together in Germany as military brats, the two returned to the United States with the explicit aim of launching a rock band. Guitarist Eric Schmidt, bassist Les Bewley, and drummer Harden Harrison—Cristina’s husband—complete the current lineup. Material from the group has appeared on the Last Beat label, among them a CD EP and the self-titled full-length, as well as on Idol.
