Biography
Pink Anvil draws its cinematic eccentricities from the joint compositions of Ministry's Paul Barker and Max Brody. Rooted in goth rock, avant-garde, and post-punk, their experimental approach yields an abstract sonic disorder. Near the Mexican border in summer 2002, the pair secluded themselves to capture a chaotic assortment of recordings. The outcome emerged as the synth-driven Halloween Party, issued by Ipecac in spring 2003.
