Biography
Seattle's Plan B, distinct from the unrelated German ensemble and hip-hop artist sharing the moniker, centers on James van Leuven, also known as the drummer in rock group Automaton. Laptop programming anchors the performances, which incorporate stand-up bass, trumpet, cello, animated videos, and breakdancers. Luckyhorse Industries put out the project's debut album, Like a Ship Sailing, in July 2002.
