Biography
Formed in Napa, California, the post-rock and math-rock duo Planets achieved their primary recognition as a frenzied bass-and-drums outfit that took the stage in white spandex body suits. Their inaugural release arrived in 2008 as a self-issued effort simply titled Planets. They joined the noise rock act Short Hair for a series of West Coast dates across the United States to support the record.
