Biography
In the fall of 1998, singer/guitarist Joel and drummer Jon—both former members of the punk-pop outfit Not My Ritchie—launched the Connecticut indie rock trio Polaris Mine. After beginning under the name Antic, they completed the lineup by adding singer/bassist Jordyn. The group made its first live appearance in early 1999 and tracked the demo cassette Pageant Finalists that spring. Their debut full-length album, Lists of Things, was issued on the Beatville label in mid-2000.
