Biography
Hailing from Reading, England, a raucous ensemble of punk folk musicians assembled toward the close of the 1980s, led by Damian Clarke on guitar and vocals together with George Whitfield on accordion and vocals, Miranda Sykes on bass and vocals, and Maclaine Colston on dulcimer and drums. The group refreshed its visual presentation on every new release while sustaining live performances well into the 2000s.
