Biography
A hard rock outfit drawing members from both the United States and Sweden while calling New York City home, Princess Pang came together in 1985. Their lone release arrived four years later on Metal Blade with the 1989 album Any Way You Want It. Although the record’s opening track, the sharp and memorable “South St. Kids,” drew modest notice, the rest of the effort failed to register with listeners, prompting the group’s dissolution. Vocalist Jeni Foster, guitarists Jay Lewis and Andy Tyernon, bassist Ronnie Roze, and drummer Brian Keats each moved on to separate endeavors shortly afterward.
