Biography
The indie rock group Pull In Emergency, based in London, produces urgent and passionate sounds laced with post-punk edges, revolving around the lead vocals of Faith Barker. The ensemble first assembled in North London during 2006 and includes Alice Costelloe on guitar, keyboards, and vocals, Frankie Bowmaker handling lead guitar, Dylan Williams covering bass and vocals, plus Suneet Chohan on drums. Every member remained younger than eighteen when the band began performing live shows, yet they cultivated a following through concerts and soon attracted notice from Britain’s music journalists. After signing to Mute Irregulars, they issued multiple singles across 2008. Their debut full-length album, titled after the band itself, stands scheduled for release in September 2010.
