Biography
Formed in Chicago, the electronic-pop duo known as the Pulsars revolves around dance producer and mixer David Trumfio, who shares duties with his drumming brother Harry. Having issued several independent releases throughout the first half of the 1990s, they inked a deal with a major imprint during 1996 and delivered the Submission to the Masters EP that autumn, before unveiling their self-titled debut album the subsequent year.
