Biography
Tourette first took the stage as a go-go dancer within San Francisco’s bustling underground nightlife before her performances of original material earned her a reputation as the city’s most provocative and popular cabaret attraction. Repeated national tours quickly built her an intensely loyal audience. Five of her compositions appear in the film Sex Is, which received the Best Gay Film Award at the Berlin International Film Festival.
