Biography
Born as Quadir Ali Selby in Newark, NJ, rapper Qua Billz first picked up rhyming at age twelve. His opening single, "Can't You See," surfaced midway through 1999, with the album Glama World arriving before the close of that same year. Kroo'se Fik'shen followed two years afterward.
