Biography
Regg Hatcher, the underground rapper alternately based in North Carolina and Maryland, records under the names R-Jay and Eldorodo Regg and serves as catalyst and member of the collective Music Means Everything. Beyond the two albums issued with M.M.E., he has also worked independently on solo material. His 2017 full-length Believe, released on his own, featured the singles “Champ on the Floor” and “Like a Superstar” and soon registered on Billboard’s Heatseekers chart for the South Atlantic region.
