Biography
Formed in New Jersey during 1998, Radar Mecury brought together Kevin Tunney on guitar, Eric Vida on drums, Mike Rummel on guitar, and Peter Allen on bass. Their early goal of breaking free from local limits through raw performances gradually shaped a sound that fuses melodic pop-punk drive with indie sophistication. After a year of shows along the east coast, the band signed with Doghouse Records, and the year after that saw the arrival of their debut EP, Thank You, Goodnight.
