Biography
Originating in Lubbock, Texas, yet now residing in San Marcos, Texas, the storied vocalist and stage performer refined his craft across multiple Lone Star State bands before joining forces with Ronnie Lane, the former Small Faces member, in Texas Slim Chance. Over more than 35 years he has maintained an active performing career while also supplying songs to Joe Ely, Linda Ronstadt, and Charlie Sexton, among other artists. In 2001 he issued his fourth album, Conway's Corner, which earned spots on numerous year-end Top Ten lists.
